Pak Man's Plantation

Is it possible to solve a human-wildlife conflict without bloodshed?
Pak Man  and the Tiger
Pak Man's Plantation is an educational game developed to raise awareness of existing human-tiger conflicts in Malaysia. This situation often occurs in plantations or villages that are located near the jungle. The goal of the game is to help Pak Man take preventive steps to avoid this conflict by hacking away undergrowth around the plantation.

To prevent the tiger from appearing, Pak Man is require to clear the undergrowth that are growing. An overgrown undergrowth is a good hiding spot for a hungry tiger!

Failing to clear an undergrowth could prove fatal because the tiger might just pounce on poor Pak Man. Thank God for the 'restart' button.

Human-tiger conflict is definitely not an issue to be taken lightly. As tigers continue to lose their habitat and prey species due to deforestation and land development, they are inadvertently coming into conflicts with humans as they attack domestic animals and sometimes people. In retaliation, the tigers are sometimes killed by angry villagers, captured and kept in zoos or be killed by authorities as a last resort.
